Face muscles, just like body muscles, should be trained to keep their tone. When in training for body health, most people forget to train their face muscles. An efficient method of training these muscles is the Vita-Lift System™. This device, which is very popular in North America, uses a modern and safe technology of pulsing micro-currents with specialized programs in passive gymnastics in order to stimulate each face muscle.

Micro-Current Technology is the only esthetic treatment available that can physically firm and tone the skin through muscle re-education. Micro-Current impulses trigger a chemical reaction at a cellular level to increase the effectiveness of how the body uses ATP (adenosine triphosphate), a protein that is referred to as 'the energy of life'.

For muscles to contract they need energy, and that energy comes from ATP. ATP is the only energy source that muscles have to power their activity and they store only a limited supply of ATP. The Vita-Lift technique offers the only lymphatic drainage with Micro-Current in order to stimulate blood and lymph circulation, oxygenate tissues and eliminate toxins. This mode, inspired by the manual drainage technique, gives new radiance to the skin, diminishes rings under the eyes, reduces edema and prepares muscles for stimulation. The Vita-Lift lymphatic drainage is also used in treating active acne where an intense accumulation of toxins must be eliminated.

The Vita-Lift technique provides specific or automatic muscle stimulation. The specific mode is used to stimulate one muscle at a time, using manual electrodes. It is the ideal solution to perform treatments on a precise area, such as the eye contour. It can also be used to find the pressure points of the muscles and then facilitate the application of the electrodes while using the automatic mode. This mode can stimulate eight muscles at the same time. Each muscle will be stimulated individually, allowing for the design of a very specific workout to each one of them.
