Cristina Navarrete, CPE, BBA, Trainer
Ms. Navarrete is the owner of IBC and its principal electrologist. Her extensive experience as both a practicing electrologist and a trainer, as well as her personal commitment to her craft, make Ms. Navarrete a leading practitioner.
In addition to her expertise and qualifications, Ms. Navarrete is deeply empathetic with her patients. Since birth, she suffered from hirsutism: excessive hair growth due to increased levels of androgens. Beginning at age 19 she endured 2 years of daily electrolysis treatments, back when the epilators were not as efficient and mild as today’s models. Because of this experience, Ms. Navarrete knows firsthand what it’s like to have a lot of unwanted hair, and the time and financial commitment that is demanded from the electrolysis patient.
Certified Professional Electrologist. Practicing Electrologist, 31 Years. Electrologist Trainer, 26 Years. Académie Apilus National Trainer. Past President and Vice-President of the Texas Association of Professional Ele4ctrologists.

Misty Crouch, MS, RD, LD, Electrologist
Having researched hair removal treatment for herself, Misty chose electrolysis because it is the only method approved by the FDA for permanent removal of unwanted hair. During her nineteen years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, she has worked with many clients that experience hirsutism due to PCOS and saw how it affects self-esteem.
Becoming an electrolysis technician was the perfect way to combine her desire for health/wellness and passion for helping others.
We are currently n the process of developing a protocol specific for our PCOS clients.

Winrik Hawley, Electrologist
I have a background in computer networking but, even though I have mild Asperger’s, this field did not really appeal to me. Electrolysis is a much better fit for me because it allows me to express my love for detail. It’s a war between me and the hair.... and I always win!
