    Before coming here, I had spent thousands of dollars doing electrolysis in the greater Houston region with absolutely no result. I almost lost hope before I found Cris. Cris was very patient with all of my questions and in explaining everything thoroughly to me. I travel three hours to be treated because she is THAT good. Her methods and practice is effective and it has boosted my self esteem to see much progress. Also, she gives great hugs!

    “ I discovered “Int’l Beauty Center” back in Sept., of last year. I started my electrolysis journey for the 1st-time back in 2012 in Austin (a little over 6yrs of treatments ) I didn’t have anything to compare my results that I’ve noticed too (thought @ the time; ok. This is going to be a long process. Will I ever get rid of my hair? Is it even possible? Dealing w/this issue since I was 16yo) fast forward to now being 6 mths since getting treatments @ “Int’l beauty center (wowwww lol) I’ve noticed such dramatic changes in my skin, texture of hair (not as course/thick blk hair/much thinner hair), less ingrown hairs, & MOST OF ALL I’M NOT HAVING TOO SHAVE EVERYDAY, or EVERY OTHER DAY BETWEEN MY TREATMENTS!!!! #incredible #unbelievable all what I’ve just mentioned never happened in my past experience whatsoever. Wish I had discovered “Int’l Beauty Center” much sooner (I would definitely be hairless by now & moving on to do doing other kinds treatments by now) the staff here are all awesome. I have had few technicians work on me since starting my new journey here & they all ROCK. I am an unique case due to how my hairs grow out etc... (not one hair on my face are the same #literally lol all different patterns #interesting) SHOUT OUT TO “CHRISTINA” very knowledgeable in her craft, I’ve learned a lot about the DOs/DON’Ts while getting electrolysis treatments... which I think is very important to know/understand/post treatments #awesome my problem areas are my cheeks, chin, & neck areas. (Only areas I had ever treated in the past were my chin, & check. Now, I have ALL MY problem areas treated #yay) I can go on/on about these awesome technicians here @ Int’l Beauty Center. Keep striving for perfection, & the willingness to go above/beyond for your clients (definitely makes a world of difference) very professional while working on me (not much conversation during treatments unless it’s pertaining to my case #awesome) I’m in/out of appt., & enjoying my instant results. ONLY a very SHORT amount of time & I see a BIG difference! All I can say is THANK YOU. Glad, I chose u over another Electrolysis Center (it was all the amazing reviews for me) NOW, I CAN HONESTLY SAY! I HAVE SOMETHING TO COMPARE MY LAST EXPERIENCE TOO (eye opener ☺️) “

    “ International Beauty Center is a wonderful, loving, and caring group of people who want to help people reach their goals with the care they provide. Cris in particular is a great at electrolysis and a perfect companion for the long hours you will spend getting hair removal done.

    I came in for some prep for surgery and the surgeon was extremely impressed with the work that was done to prep.”

    “My experience at International Beauty has been amazing and the progress of my treatment has been stellar. I've been going to Christina for a year and I have little to no hair from my PCOS side affects. If your looking for someone skilled in African-American dark thick curly hair or someone who's diligent in her craft for over 20 plus year this is the place to go. Her offices are clean, she sticks to COVID protocols, and makes sure you have any before/after care treatments you need. I wouldn't be saying all of these things if I didn't have 100% results. If you take the time do the appointments follow her directions you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Christina.”

“I started electrolysis sessions in another city but because of a move, wasn’t able to finish. Once in Austin, I did extensive research to make sure I found a Certified Professional Electrologist who knew that they were doing in order to prevent damage and scarring. Cris and her staff are amazing!! Due to the expertise and state of the art equipment at IBC, the progress was way faster than what I have had previously!! Is it an investment?! Sure!!! But for almost the same amount as waxing, you have a permanent solution to unwanted hair!! Highly recommend!!”

“I found International Beauty Center after 6 months of failed laser hair removal. As a redhead I was skeptical that laser hair removal would work, but the establishment I was going to ensured me I was a candidate. Unfortunately, not only did laser not work, it actually made my hair growth worse.When I first met with Cristina at IBC she was very understanding and knew she could help me. I was very happy to have found her because I was getting increasingly frustrated after many years of tweezing, nair, waxing, and laser hair removal (on my face).After only a few sessions with Cristina my hair growth noticeably reduced and I was extremely happy with the results. It was like a breath of fresh air that I didn't have to tweeze or worry about facial hair almost daily. Now, I am just about completely hair free on my treated areas. I can't thank Cristina enough for finally being able to help me, even as a redhead with stubborn hair growth! The results have truly had a positive impact on my life. I highly recommend IBC!”

“My experience with International Beauty Center has been amazing. This review is for the electrolysis that I have had done here. I worked with two technicians, one who is no longer there (briefly) and with Cristina.Cristina is incredibly patient, kind and understanding of my needs. She is incredibly thorough and makes sure to get every last hair she possibly can. She was great about educating me on what products to use to make my treatment the most effective, and provided aftercare instructions that were detailed (something I did not receive at previous electrolysis offices).The COVID safety procedures were fabulous. Cristina takes the time to thoroughly clean and disinfect after every session, which is incredibly comforting.The communication with this office is top notch, and their online appointment system is fast, and super easy to work with. I found myself booking appointments as far in advance as I could because it was so easy (and also because Cristina's schedule books up super quickly, that's how good she is).Overall, I could not speak more highly of this business and the team”.

“First off, I would like to say that the staff at International Beauty Center are top notch! They are all super personable and pay extreme attention to detail. I came in with with an extreme hair problem on my chin. It is something I've lived with for most of my life and finally decided to do something about it. After reading amazing reviews from IBC, I decided to give them a try. This process takes time to complete, so patience is key! I have been going for exactly a year now, treating only my chin, and I am 95% finished with my treatment! I am beyond satisfied with my results and wish I had done this sooner. If anyone out there is struggling with the same type of issue, you are not alone! My advice is to just be patient with the process and see the results for yourself. This was a game changer for my self esteem and I would recommend it to anyone. They are truly the best in Austin! Thank you for everything IBC!”
